22 FORWARD FOUNDATION

HONOR THE SERVICE. SUPPORT THE FUTURE.

Getting out is hard. The adrenaline stops. The mission stops. The brotherhood stops. 22 Forward exists because that transition — and everything that comes with it — deserves real support.

One mission doesn't end when another begins.

THE REALITY

THE TRANSITION IS HARDER THAN THEY TELL YOU.

Nobody briefs you on what happens when the firefights stop. When the structure, the brotherhood, the mission — and the adrenaline that kept you sharp — are suddenly gone. The silence after combat is its own kind of danger. PTSD, addiction, financial collapse, and isolation don't care how decorated you are. They hit infantry and officers alike. 22 Forward was built to face that reality honestly — and to do something about it.

HOW WE SERVE

THREE PILLARS OF SERVICE

01

ASSIST

Help when it matters most.

The transition out of service can collapse fast — PTSD, addiction, financial hardship, isolation. When veterans and families hit a wall, 22 Forward works to connect them with practical, immediate support before the situation becomes a crisis.

02

EMPOWER

Create opportunities, not dependency.

The adrenaline of combat operations doesn't have a civilian equivalent — and that void is real. Through education, workforce development, vocational training, and entrepreneurship resources, we help veterans rebuild purpose, direction, and a path forward.

03

CONNECT

Bring communities together.

Isolation after service is one of the most dangerous things a veteran can face. 22 Forward bridges veterans, families, nonprofits, businesses, and community organizations — because no one should have to fight the hardest battles alone.

WHAT WE DO

PROGRAMS & INITIATIVES

VETERAN EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE

PROGRAM 01

VETERAN EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE

When the transition breaks down — and it often does — veterans can find themselves facing eviction, shutoff notices, or empty refrigerators with no safety net in sight. 22 Forward works to connect qualifying veterans with practical emergency support: utilities, food, transportation, lodging, and essential household needs. Because sometimes the mission is just getting through today.

VETERAN OPPORTUNITY

PROGRAM 02

VETERAN OPPORTUNITY

The skills that kept you alive in a firefight don't come with a civilian job description. Education, vocational training, certifications, and workforce development resources help veterans translate extraordinary discipline and capability into real civilian opportunity — and rebuild the sense of purpose that service once provided.

VETERAN FAMILY SUPPORT

PROGRAM 03

VETERAN FAMILY SUPPORT

PTSD and the weight of transition don't stay at the door. They come home. Military families absorb the impact of service in ways that rarely get acknowledged. 22 Forward supports the whole family — school supplies, holiday assistance, emergency support, and community events that bring families back together.

COMMUNITY ESSENTIALS

PROGRAM 04

COMMUNITY ESSENTIALS

Veterans don't exist in a vacuum — they come home to communities that are often struggling too. Through partnerships, 22 Forward helps provide food, hygiene supplies, school supplies, household necessities, and seasonal assistance to underserved individuals and families in the communities veterans return to.

VETERAN ENTREPRENEURSHIP

PROGRAM 05

VETERAN ENTREPRENEURSHIP

Some veterans find their next mission in building something of their own. The same leadership, adaptability, and grit that defined their service can define a business. 22 Forward provides business planning, mentorship, networking, marketing education, and technology resources to help veterans build what comes next.

OUR COMMITMENT

WE DON'T JUST WANT TO GIVE. WE WANT TO BUILD.

Coming home from combat isn't a finish line — it's one of the hardest transitions a person can face. The firefights stop. The adrenaline stops. The structure, the brotherhood, the sense of purpose — it all changes overnight. PTSD, addiction, isolation, and financial hardship don't announce themselves. They build quietly. 22 Forward was built to meet that reality head-on — not with charity, but with real programs, real partnerships, and real people who understand what it means to serve.

OUR STORY

SERVICE DOESN'T HAVE TO END.

Infantry. Combat operations. Firefights. The kind of service that rewires you — and then one day, it stops. No debrief prepares you for the silence. No transition class explains the void left when the mission ends. PTSD, addiction, and the loss of that combat adrenaline are real, and they hit hard. 22 Forward was built by someone who lived it — and who refused to leave others behind to face it alone.

22 Forward Foundation was created by Travis Taylor, a disabled combat veteran and entrepreneur. He built this foundation on a simple belief: the same drive that carried you through the hardest moments of service can carry you — and others — forward. The mission just changes.
